Theragun mini Review

There body revealed the smaller-than-normal theragun mini in May 2020, their most memorable mini-kneading gun for those looking for quick stress relief and increased spread.

Smaller-than-usual back-friction guns are a recent discussion in the back-friction weapon world. This is because they are minimized, very convenient, can be placed anywhere, and can be in your bag without much flex. They are a useful way to get that really necessary back massage.

Since they’re getting smaller, you should expect some compromises, especially when it comes to execution. Try not to expect the Mini in this way to bear any resemblance to its larger relatives; the Prime, Elite and Pro. It handles other things entirely.

Still, the Theragun Mini shows up later than expected at the shrinking pinch gun party, what real value does it really offer? Is it worth sitting still anyway? We should figure it out.

Theragun Mini Review

Original intention and build quality

Smaller-than-normal items are kept in delicate pockets, not in cases.

It’s delicate, only the gadget (with the ball connection) fits in there. Different frills, similar to the case of the charger.

We tried pocketing the charger, and it bloated the whole bundle incredibly. We speculate that Therabody doesn’t mean more stuff fits there.

The device

We’ve seen a lot of back massage guns, but haven’t seen this type of program anywhere.

Theragun Mini is truly unique. It has a three-sided shape that reflects the Therabody program language. All things considered, its ergonomics don’t quite match its larger counterparts with many grip handles.

This is a gadget formed from a powerful three-sided bike seat. It has few fancy odds and ends—that is, no OLED, basic LED hands for stride and battery. It’s a rubberized plastic of similar quality, tracked down among its larger partners.

There are four varieties to browse: Matte Deep, White, Restricted Red Edition (RED) and Upgraded Desert Rose. We got dark.

Its activity method has been improved – a long press turns it on/off, and a quick press of a similar button changes rates.

In the container, in addition to the gadget and dedicated charger, we also found a nice Therabody invitation envelope. Inside we find a quick-start assistant, brand stories, letters from the organizer, stickers and guarantee data.

Connect of theragun mini

The Theragun Mini disappoints with only one connection. We only found the ball connection on it and we thought about where the rest might be.

We have done many back friction gun audits and they often come with more than one connection.

Theragun should contain no less than 2 or 3 additional connections. While the ball joint can be used for general back rubs, it’s a little surprising to combine it as-is.

Nonetheless, please note that assuming you own any fourth-generation device (Prime, Elite, or Pro), the Mini’s connection will work. This leads us to accept Theragun’s procedure is to upsell the Mini to their current customer base.

Size, weight and ergonomics of theragun mini

 theragun mini

Mini is about 50% the size of its larger partner. It measures 5.4 x 4.3 x 1.6 (inches). It’s small and conservative (should be smaller than normal). However, we’ve seen more mundane devices than this.

It weighs 1.43 pounds. This is much lighter than any more powerful weapon. Regardless, it’s not yet the lighter-than-usual back massage weapon we’ve come across. We’ve seen gadgets that weigh less than a pound, but come with more powerful engines.

When we say powerful engine, we mean more deceleration. We will discuss this issue in a later survey. For now, however, it’s fair to say that the theragun mini might be small and might be premium, but having a better rival device is less important.

For example, Ekrin Bantam weighs 1.1 pounds. (25% lighter), the theragun mini is definitely not a small back friction weapon (a tiny back friction gun), it looks just like the Hypervolt Go, but weighs only 1.3 pounds.

What about the Mini’s ergonomics? In fact, the Mini’s styling is quite unique, and surprisingly, while Theragun loves designing their gadgets, it’s three-sided, and it’s not quite as ergonomic as its larger counterpart.

While it’s acceptable to hold from the start, it may not be as comfortable to hold for longer, especially if your hand is milder. Grip isn’t usually the main area of strength, so if you have a more accustomed round grip, you’ll get one.

We’ve also seen that during back rubs, most of the vibration is transferred to the hands, which exacerbates the situation as you continue to straighten the grip.
